Is there a free trial of Enterprise?+
Yes, in two forms. First: the Free tier lets your engineers verify the audit manifest format and API design. Second: a paid 3-month pilot at $50–100K with full Enterprise features, with conversion to annual contract at month 3.
Can we negotiate below $200K?+
Below $200K Enterprise requires founders' approval and is reserved for strategic relationships (design partners, regional anchor customers). For most Enterprise deals, $200K is the floor with all stacked concessions.
What's the auto-renewal policy?+
12-month auto-renewal with 60-day notice to cancel. Customers can exit anytime with 60 days written notice. Data export is guaranteed. No clawback of fees paid.
