FACTA REBUILD
Restoration & Reimplementation
of Corporate Systems in 90 Days
Your legacy software is destroying your margin. We reimplement it in 3 months.
We transform obsolete platforms, unstable monoliths, and critical technical debt into enterprise-grade hexagonal architectures. In Rust or Python, React and Native Mobile. In production, with code that is 100% yours and board-ready.
Currently rebuilding TechnoRides' logistics core and EveryThink's AI infrastructure.
The real dilemma
Refactor for real, or the platform collapses
Companies in rapid growth often hit a ceiling where the code that validated the original idea prevents the operation from scaling. Patch accumulation, developer turnover, and the absence of architecture result in fragile deployments and simple features that take months to build. Trying to refactor gradually while operations continue usually degenerates into an endless and costly process.
| Symptom in the company | Root cause in the software | Operational & financial impact |
|---|---|---|
| Development paralysis | Extreme coupling and absence of domain boundaries. | Cost per feature doubled; loss of technical productivity. |
| Production instability | Business logic mixed with database calls and external APIs. | Service outages, SLA breaches, and customer loss. |
| Lack of auditability | Absence of automated tests, logs, and clear documentation. | Risks in Due Diligence processes and friction in investment rounds. |
The solution
The Solution: FACTA Rebuild
We replace your failing infrastructure with a modern, tested, and documented system in exactly 90 days. We apply strict reengineering principles so your team can deploy software with confidence again.
Hexagonal Architecture (Ports & Adapters)
Isolates your business logic from databases and external providers. If you replace your infrastructure or third-party services, the core of your application remains intact.
Vertical Slicing
Divides the backend into independent slices per use case. Each feature is a self-sufficient module that can be modified, tested, or scaled without side effects on the rest of the platform.
Total IP Transfer
Source code, infrastructure, and scaffolding are 100% your company's. We train your technical team to operate the system with full autonomy at the end of the quarter.
Reengineering tech stack
We use no experimental frameworks. We build on technologies consolidated in massive production, using FACTA's accelerator scaffolds with pre-configured continuous-integration rules.
| Software layer | Technology | Architecture benefit |
|---|---|---|
| Transactional Backend | Rust (Axum, Tokio) | Maximum transactional performance and efficient memory usage with no garbage-collection pauses. |
| Data & AI Backend | Python (FastAPI, Pydantic) | Processing of complex data flows, integration of AI models, and accelerated iteration. |
| Web Frontend | React + TypeScript | Structured monorepos, modular components, and strict API-consumption typing. |
| Cross-Platform Mobile | React Native (Expo) | Unified codebase for iOS and Android with immediate deployment cycles. |
| Native Mobile | Kotlin (Android) + Swift (iOS) | Total control over device sensors, continuous geolocation, and background processes. |
Real restoration projects in execution
Our methodologies are validated in real, high-demand operations, transforming complex systems into scalable platforms.

TechnoRides
TechnoRides is the infrastructure of driving — one open protocol for moving people and things across taxis, freight, cities and countries, with sovereign nodes that keep each operator's brand, data and pricing. After a decade of dispatch on a Node.js + Groovy stack, FACTA is reimplementing the dispatch core in Rust under hexagonal architecture and vertical slicing, with React panels and native + React Native clients for web, iOS and Android — millisecond dispatch and stability under high concurrency.

EveryThink
EveryThink Studio is a no-code AI operating system that turns an organization into a geospatial network — communities and rooms on the map, AI assistants under your brand on web, iOS and Android. Its engine has run in production since 2016. FACTA is reimplementing the Node.js core in Rust under hexagonal architecture and vertical slicing, with React and React Native interfaces, turning a decade of working prototypes into enterprise-grade systems.
Learn more90-day execution plan
Meeting the 90-day deadline demands a structured operating model that removes uncertainty and prevents scope drift. FACTA leverages its product Templates by FACTA, which includes linter and test rules that block the continuous-integration pipeline if a developer or AI agent attempts to violate the hexagonal architecture boundaries.
| Phase | Time interval | Main engineering milestone | Acceptance criterion & quality gate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phase 1: Domain & Scaffolding | Days 01–15 | Repository configuration and implementation of the first Vertical Slice. | Clean build with active CI rules and authentication integration. |
| Phase 2: Core Reengineering | Days 16–60 | Construction of backend components in Rust/Python, React, and Mobile. | Unit-test coverage over the domain and typed API integration. |
| Phase 3: Migration & Handoff | Days 61–90 | Total data migration, stress testing, and IP transfer. | Production deployment, validated latency, and team training. |
Phase 1: Domain & Scaffolding · Days 01–15
During the first phase (Days 1–15), the team maps the domain by organizing core entities with Domain-Driven Design (DDD). FACTA template-derived repositories are configured, the continuous-integration environment is set up, and the first functional Vertical Slice is delivered operating in a test environment.
Phase 2: Core Reengineering · Days 16–60
In the second phase (Days 16–60), the platform core is built implementing the hexagonal architecture in Rust or Python. Persistence adapters for relational databases are developed, React frontend components are built, and mobile clients ship in React Native or native languages. Data migration from the legacy system runs synchronously through connectors that isolate the old database.
Phase 3: Migration & Handoff · Days 61–90
In the final phase (Days 61–90), the system is hardened under load tests in high-concurrency scenarios. The definitive traffic migration is completed, C4 architecture diagrams are delivered, and technology-transfer sessions are run with the client's internal team to guarantee operational autonomy.
Frequently asked questions
What teams ask before a rebuild
Should we pause sales or operations during the 3 months?
No. We apply progressive migration patterns (Strangler Fig). The current platform keeps operating while we build and gradually redirect traffic toward the new architecture, avoiding service interruptions.
How do you guarantee delivery in exactly 90 days?
We start projects using Templates by FACTA — code scaffolds that already solve the repetitive problems of authentication, data typing, and continuous integration. This lets us focus the work from week one on the logic specific to your company.
Who owns the intellectual property and the code?
Your company retains 100% of the intellectual property. We charge no recurring licenses and keep no proprietary dependencies. We deliver documented source code and train your team for full autonomy.
When do you choose Rust and when Python in the backend?
We select Rust for high-concurrency, low-latency transactional engines, such as dispatch algorithms or financial computation. We choose Python when the system requires complex data integrations, document processing, or orchestration of AI models.

Integrating FACTA Rebuild positions facta.dev as a strategic ally for companies hit by technical debt and operational paralysis. By transforming unstable platforms into maintainable systems structured on hexagonal architecture and Vertical Slicing, FACTA not only solves computational problems — it removes the technology risk that devalues companies during audit and investment processes. The reuse of proprietary assets like Templates by FACTA standardizes code quality in Rust, Python, React, and mobile technologies, ensuring projects conclude within the 90-day window. The TechnoRides and EveryThink cases demonstrate that reengineering complex platforms is possible without interrupting business continuity.
